Please consider updating this puppy! The only suggestions I have is that the Update button should be ghosted after a completed download and give the user the option of auto-closing Chromatic after the update is complete.
I have it installed on so many machines, so a bit sad it is DOA now. Nice app, thanks for the work. |

For the Chromatic dev: The Chromium dev builds are now on Google Storage, so the new url for the latest build is: http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-continuous/Mac/LAST_CHANGE
and the subsequent download looks like: http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-continuous/Mac/88131/chrome-mac.zip |

I recommend you use the official way of getting betas at http://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel as it appears they changed things and Chromatic no longer works. I haven't had time to look into why, and I may not as they now have that page which you can go and visit. If I do make an update, it'll allow you to choose Chrome or Chromium and it'll be open source. |

Would be nice if the user could choose which "channel" the user wants to upgrade to. Chromatic currently uses the canary channel, while most users would probably prefer one of beta, stable or dev.
Also, today and yesterday chromatic has not been working for me.
Could you check if something is broken? |

Please also add the option of using the beta channel instead of only the dev channel. I'm trying to modify somebody else's shell script for linux [1] to accomplish this.

Thanks for a great app. Is there any way we can back up the build that is being replaced so it would be easy to rollback? |

Dig this app! I would love it if it could replace Chromium's icon (automatically) with another one that you (user) could set in Preferences. Chromium's default blue icon is too similar to Safari's icon. It would also be great if Chromatic could close once its gone through the motions. |

Seriously! I just don't understand why this application isn't more popular. I mean, I know Mac users are tentatively more prone to using bleeding edge software. Chromatic provides the easiest method for staying close to the edge. |
