Not sure how task manager works, if it does. How do you add tasks?

Currently the task manager is for when you save a Voice Mail. Eventually I'll have it for Multiple SMS whenever I get to writing the limits for Multiple SMS into code. I am currently focused on a rewrite of another application I made and won't be able to continue VoiceMac until I am done with that as if I move to VoiceMac, you know I'll never get the rewrite done. If anyone wants to help write VoiceMac, please do. I have a lot on my plate.
