ever since i had a power cut ive been having a message pop up saying "server certificate not found" and then i have to close the video without playing it. what do i do?

This seems to be an issue with the certificate store in your keychain. Open Keychain Access, go to the Keychain Access menu and choose Keychain First Aid.

If this does not work, I would need to help you debug.
