I'm having the same issue. Any chance it was ever resolved?

As far as I learned, it is a problem with a quicktime plugin missing it up. You can still save the Voicemail and listen to it like that, but unless you find out which plugin it is you can't listen to it by double clicking.

Any resolution to this issue? Listening to voicemails is a critical component to the application and downloading every voicemail is not a feasible workaround.

As far as I can tell, it's some audio component that is on some of your computers stopping VoiceMac from downloading the audio. You could try disabling some you installed and see which one it is, or wait until I have more time to figure this out.

This is a brand new out of the box 4 day old MacBook Pro. Is there something you would suggest I install?

Try this one http://mrgeckosmedia.com/VoiceMac.zip, I found out new things while working in YouView and I'm wondering if this thing I found out will fix your problem.

No joy, same -5401 error.

Can you contact me by instant message? Maybe it has to do with the account, not the application.

I am getting the same. Is there any troubleshooting I could do?
